Analysis of gtz activities in the field of post-primary education
Ice identified areas and potentials for development that are focused in further developing the giz sector. Since 1980, the giz has organised several projects in the area of post-primary education. Developing countries are thereby supported in establishing a general educational sector beyond basic primary education.
Project description
To strengthen the organisation’s own profile, the gtz commissioned an analysis of projects it had run on the basis of documentation, interim and final reports as well as evaluation documents – focusing on thematic priorities, participants and the assurance of outcomes.
The method represents a document analysis including strengths and weaknesses, relating to worldwide projects run by the gtz from 1980 to 2008.
A report summarises the findings.
